Google is the biggest Search Engine of the World, its infrastructure is getting complex and more efficient day by day. Google loves the updated content and gives higher ranks to the websites that Updates frequently. Blogging is not a part time job, Its a hobby, but it should be taken as a part time job to get better results. Bloggers should update their blog content on daily basis so that Search Engine Spiders crawl their blogs on daily basis. The best way to call search engines is to updated your content by not only posting new blog posts, but also to update or edit your older posts.

Editing and updating older posts is not only good for Search Engines, but it is a good practice to show your readers that your full blog is up to date and it matches the current fact n figures. I've observed that most of my blog posts gets indexed instantly, while some takes some time to get indexed. But there were some blog posts that were not indexing even they were published about a month ago. By updating and republishing my older blog posts, I observed that those dead posts got indexed in search engines quickly.

Every keyword is not evergreen, most of the keywords changes their priority and searching trend often. Especially when your blog is about Technology, Mobiles and Gadgets niche, you'll most probably face that your keywords fly by night.
