Unfortunately, Youtube Partner program is currently not available in Pakistan. But users can still apply for Youtube Partner Program via an application if there a status on your Monetization page appears "This feature is currently not available in your country"
Joining Youtube Partner Program:
Joining Youtube partner program is easy, if your Youtube account is eligible, you can jump in directly from your account to get in.
1- Just goto the Monetization Page in your account settings page.
2- If your account has not been disabled for Monetization previously and currently is in good standing, just click the Enable My Account button.
3- Follow the on screen steps and accept the Youtube Partner Program Monetization Agreement.
It is required to have atleast one video approved for monetization for accessing Youtube Partner Program.
